In addition to dabbling in freelance writing, James has also served as a writer and editor focusing on travel and tourism content for Red Oak Local, a Michigan-based publisher. As a food journalist, James has published work with The Takeout and Tasting Table, specializing in fast food news and the latest snacking trends.
