Janelle left Microsoft PR to write food features for regional lifestyle magazines like Virginia Living Magazine and The Local Palate. She focuses on the everyday stories behind food and wine. Alberts has a way of picking up on food history you've never heard, but wish you had, and then distilling it so you want to chat about it with friends. In addition to her work at Tasting Table, Janelle has also contributed to publications such as Mashed and House Digest.
