  • In March 2023, Courtney was invited to Holland to attend the Future Menus Trend Report 2023, presented by Unilever Food Solutions. Two months later, she hosted the Middle East conference to discuss the trends with local industry professionals.
  • She appeared as a travel expert on The World's Most Luxurious Hotels program on BBC5, featuring the Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai.
  • In 2021, Courtney worked extensively on a Farm to Table magazine, "Butter Up," traveling to France and featuring local dairies and processes. She has previously worked with the organizers, Sopexa, on a French Cream series highlighting the role of cream in pastry and cooking.


Courtney is an American author, journalist, and freelance content creator. She's been published with EuroCave, Travel Curator, Vogue Arabia, Fast Company, Destinations of the World, Forbes Middle East, Elite Daily, The Forward Feed, Food&Wine, A Luxury Travel Blog, Matador Network, Sopexa, JustLuxe, Travelettes, Citizen Femme, Roads & Kingdoms and Columbus Travel. She has written commercially for Couqley, AddMind Hospitality, Dima Ayad Consulting, Spinneys, Sapaad, and Umami Communications. Brandt also regularly contributes to Dubai Eye 103.8 and has appeared on EuroNews and DXB Today. Courtney has spoken at several conferences, including Gulf Host, Gulfood, The Restaurant Show, Middle East Food Forum, Travel Tech Middle East, Caterer Middle East, PechaKucha, and SMS Summit Jordan. She has worked with several brands, including Louis XIII, Grana Padano, California Wines, Carnistore, Jacob's Creek, Silver Fern Farms, and Dubai Tourism.


She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Georgia, Athens, GA.
