Experience
Megan's passion for writing and storytelling emerged at a young age. And, after a brief hiatus from the craft, as she studied marketing at The Ohio State University, she found herself back behind a keyboard by 2019. Her work has taken her from interviewing Ohio business owners as a local journalist to covering Santa Barbara weddings to creating SEO content for cannabis companies. But, since the start of 2022, her writing has been hyperfocused on the intersection of cuisine and culture. She now has hundreds of articles published on sites like Eat This, Not That!, Yahoo, and MSN, where she shares her food reviews as well as food history and new developments in the industry. She began writing for Tasting Table under the Static Media umbrella in 2023. When she's not writing, Megan immerses herself in the food and restaurant scene in her own city of Columbus, Ohio, in addition to cities all across the country and beyond.
Education
Megan has a bachelor's degree in marketing with a minor in communications from The Ohio State University.
