David Pynt's two-year-old Australian barbecue restaurant was awarded the number 30 spot on the Asia's 50 Best list this year for the first time. The menu changes daily, but the pulled pork shoulder in homemade brioche buns with slaw and chipotle mayonnaise is a usual standby and a standout. Most of the seats are feet away from the open kitchen, letting diners watch where the (figurative) sausage is made.
