A generous, sizzling iron skillet of eggplant shakshuka is made with robustly spiced tomato sauce, and served with crusty house-made bread for dipping. Simply dressed salads are fresh and colorful. We loved the lemon garlic dressing topping the salad on the strangely satisfying "Country Breakfast" of layered bread, cheese omelette and salad.
