Simon Glenn of the pop-up Tchoup Shop has landed as the new chef at Prospect Heights' Dean Street. He has brought his famed boudin balls with him, along with lunch, brunch and dinner menus inflected with his trademark take on Louisiana eats. At dinner, order the confit chicken wings and Glenn's fine Caesar.
