Marouch
Because we can't eat at Yotam Ottolenghi's restaurant regularly–and being that we're unsure if we're burning our eggplant like he would, despite following the directions in his new cookbook, Jerusalem –we eat at Marouch. We're convinced that the Little Armenia classic serves the best baba ghanoush anywhere, and until we next visit London (or Israel), we doubt we'll be proven otherwise.
