  • She is currently a writer for Le Petit 3 with two monthly columns: one featuring a seasonal, botanical recipe, and the other focused on philosophy, ideas, and the history of thought.

Experience

Hannah started her career in professional kitchens and went on to work as a chocolatier, food stylist, and personal chef before transitioning into food media. She has also worked in nonprofit public programming and served as the program director for Cambridge Center for Adult Education's Food & Wine program, where it was her mission to introduce interdisciplinary cooking classes that focused on the history, culture, and politics of food.

Education

Hannah holds a culinary arts diploma from Auguste Escoffier and degrees in philosophy and gastronomy.
