Spring is making its way across the country, with temperatures warming up and flowers beginning to bloom. The season is a time for cleaning out your house and putting your winter coats into storage — it is also a bountiful time for amazing fruits and vegetables. Although spring technically begins at the end of March, April is a month in which the season really gets going, and it's a perfect time to bring some new items from Aldi into your kitchen for a spring reset. 

Aldi often releases new products each month, and April is no exception. From Mexican-inspired trail mixes to diverse frozen entrees to exciting beverage options, there's likely something new to pique your interest if you visit the retailer in the coming weeks. Keep in mind that your closest Aldi store might not have all the same products as other stores, but you'll likely still be able to find many of the products listed below hitting stores this month. While some of the items in this round-up are currently available, there are others that you won't see on store shelves until later in the month, so be sure to note the release date of each Aldi product that you're looking forward to trying.

This creamy pistachio spread is speckled with kataifi, which are fine strands of crispy fillo dough, giving the pistachio spread an exciting texture. If you always wanted to try Salmon Wellington but never got around to making it yourself at home, Aldi is giving you the perfect opportunity to give this dish a try. Available from April 1 onwards, the frozen Wellington comes in two flavors: Prawn & White Wine and Cheese & Dill, both priced at $8.99. 

There are major differences between Spanish and Italian olive oil, and you can compare the two for yourself with Aldi's newest extra virgin olive oil from Spain. Fantastic for making salad dressings or for drizzling on top of finished dishes for a pop of fat and flavor, Estepa Virgen EVOO is available starting April 1, 2026, for only $12.99. 

If you're seeking an easy way to sneak protein into your morning coffee, Aldi's new Barissimo Collagen Coffee Cups might be the perfect addition to your morning routine. You'll find them on Aldi shelves starting on April 8, priced at $5.89 for a pack of 12 cups. The medium-roast Collagen Coffee Cups come in both Original and Carrot Cake flavors. 

Edamame has way more protein than an egg, but sometimes plain beans can be lacking in the flavor department. Up your afternoon snack game with a bag of these spicy and savory frozen Chili Garlic Edamame that are easy to whip up on the fly. The spicy pods are available beginning on April 8, 2026 for $2.89.

Ideal for a lunch at the office or a quick dinner on a busy weeknight, these Whole & Simple Protein Bowls go from-the-freezer to ready-to-eat in just a few minutes. There's nothing quite as easy yet satisfying as tossing a frozen pizza into the oven and having dinner on the table a short while later. The standard pizza toppings can get boring, but you can branch out with two new flavors of Mama Cozzi's Thin Crust Pizza, priced at $5.29 each. Look for either Queso or Chicken Fajita flavors in the freezer section beginning on April 22, 2026.

New flavors of Casa Mamita Mini Tacos will be available starting on April 22 at Aldi stores, so keep an eye out for three exciting varieties: Southwest Veggie, Beef, and Chicken, all priced at $5.99. 

Since warmer weather is approaching, it's time to start stocking your freezer with some fun popsicles for both kids and those that are young at heart. Sundae Shoppe Fruit Bars will soon be available in two flavors, Mango with Chili Lime and Lemon, starting on April 22 for $3.79 per box.

If you're unfamiliar with spätzle, they're basically chewy egg noodles and are just one of a classic German dish you need to try. Starting on April 29, Aldi's Deutsche Küche Spätzle will be available in two flavors, Garlic Sage and Cheese, with both priced at $4.99.
