Few things go viral as quickly as new, flashy beverages from America's favorite coffee chains. Throughout 2026, spots like Starbucks and Dunkin' have dropped attention-grabbing lattes, matchas, cold brews, and other coffeehouse favorites that gained instant acclaim — but what about delicious, lesser-known drinks that slip through the cracks? If you're craving a sipper that you haven't seen on social media yet, we've got you covered.

Tasting Table dug through this year's new releases from popular coffee chains to find 10 delectable drinks customers love, yet aren't nearly as talked-about as they should be. As true hidden gems, these aren't beverages that were featured on our list of the best new fast food drinks of 2026. But make no mistake: These drinks have earned plenty of raves and recommendations, making them 100% worth ordering if you see them around.

Some of these drinks may have been outshone by other offerings released around the same time, while others come from smaller chains that generally receive less attention. Many also feature less popular flavors or drink styles, including ones without coffee or tea. Either way, you won't regret taking a chance on these delicious, underrated new drops.

Starbucks Snoopy Cookie Frappuccino

On September 15, Starbucks dropped a "Peanuts" collaboration including two app-exclusive drinks: the Snoopy Cookie Frappuccino and Charlie Brown Mocha Frappuccino. The Snoopy one comes with a vanilla and white mocha base, pumpkin spice cold foam, and crunchy cookie crumbles. Not many customers know about this drink due to its quiet release, but those who tried it declared it delicious. Sweet and nostalgic, it tastes like a combo of pumpkin and cookies and cream. This drink is still available to order right now in the "Trending" section of the Starbucks app, so don't miss it.

Dunkin' Pumpkin Patch Cloud Latte

Another autumnal hidden gem, Dunkin's new Pumpkin Patch Cloud Latte was outshone by the Pumpkin Cloud Dunkalatte, one of this year's best fast food drinks, as well as the chain's many tiramisu drinks. This is a shame, as the Pumpkin Patch Latte is just as tasty. With espresso, milk, pumpkin swirl, vanilla flavoring, cold foam, and cinnamon sugar, reviewers say this drink is the epitome of cozy fall flavor, and it has a unique fluffy texture from the cold foam. Some even prefer it to Dunkin's Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte.

Starbucks Charlie Brown Mocha Frappuccino

Not to be outdone by his own pup, Charlie Brown's new Starbucks Frappuccino is rated just as highly as the Snoopy Frappuccino. The Charlie Brown Mocha Frappuccino blends a pumpkin spice base with a mocha sauce ribbon, pumpkin cream cold foam, and a mocha drizzle. If you love pumpkin chocolate chip muffins or bread, this Frappuccino is a must-try, according to customers. One Instagram reviewer called it "absolutely phenomenal," praising the comforting mix of warm spices and rich chocolate.

Dutch Bros Stardust drinks

Dutch Bros may be a coffee chain at heart, but its energy drinks and lemonades are unexpected customer favorites. Back in July, the chain released a new "Stardust" flavor combo as part of a space-themed "Planet Dutch" collection. With strawberry and watermelon flavors, plus a topping of freeze-dried fruity candy, customers called the Stardust drinks out of this world, with a balance of berry and melon flavors plus a sweet crunch from the candy. The iced Rebel energy drink, lemonade, and frozen versions all earned raves.

7 Brew Banana Bread Cold Brew

Though the Banana Bread Blondie is the best 7 Brew coffee in our eyes, the chain's Banana Bread Cold Brew shouldn't be overlooked. This drink combines cold brew, banana and hazelnut flavors, cold foam, and a dark chocolate drizzle. Though it's a bolder banana coffee, fans note that it's still sweet enough to go down easily, and the cold foam and chocolate make it even better. If plain cold brew is too strong for you, customers say this drink is also great with added milk or cream.

Starbucks Iced Orange Cream Matcha

Out of Starbucks' new Orange Cream beverages, the Iced Orange Cream Chai is everybody's favorite, yet the more underrated Iced Orange Cream Matcha comes in a close second. It tops off the chain's standard iced matcha latte with orange cream-flavored cold foam for a refreshing, citrusy, vanilla-laced drink that adds Creamsicle-esque flair to the floral, earthy green tea. The flavor combination may sound unconventional, but fans say it works beautifully.

Dunkin' Strawberry Sparkler Cloud Latte

After trying Dunkin's 4th of July drinks, Tasting Table's taste tester declared the Peanut Butter Dunkalatte to be one of Dunkin's best 2026 items, so it definitely overshadowed other options like the Strawberry Sparkler Cloud Latte. Our taste tester enjoyed the festive, fruity drink made with sugar-free vanilla syrup, strawberry cold foam, and patriotic sprinkles. So did other taste testers, who compared it to a chocolate-covered strawberry. Despite its bright and sugary appearance, this latte wasn't too sweet, either.

Peet's Coffee Pistachio Matcha Latte

Peet's Coffee delivered an understated yet delicious take on the pistachio trend with its Pistachio Matcha Latte. It used pistachio milk from the brand Táche for an authentic nutty flavor with earthy tea notes. Customers rated this latte a 10 out of 10, calling it well worth the higher price of pistachio milk. This limited-time drink has since left Peet's menu. One commenter on TikTok begged, "Bring back the Pistachio Matcha Latte ... it was the best thing and I bought one every single day."

Dutch Bros Luvstruck Rebel Energy

For Valentine's Day, Dutch Bros released a hyped-up Pink Velvet Mocha, but its Luvstruck Rebel energy drinks also got plenty of praise. The beverages combined blackberry and vanilla flavors with a pink velvet Soft Top inspired by red velvet cake. Reviewers loved both the creamy topping and the fruity drink, even calling it one of Dutch Bros' best releases. In case you miss (or missed) it, you can recreate Dutch Bros' Pink Velvet Soft Top at home until it returns.

7 Brew Island Dream Lemonade Frozen Chiller

Though it might sound strange to go to a coffee shop for a frozen lemonade, 7 Brew's Island Dream Lemonade Frozen Chiller proved that a café can make fruity frozen drinks as well as anyone. This dreamy beverage combined pineapple, coconut, and vanilla into an icy lemonade base for a creamy yet tangy and refreshing drink that reviewers loved. The piña colada-esque flavors and chilly frozen texture instantly transported customers to a tropical island.
