International Delight And Coffee Mate Are Already Offering Winter Flavors In August 2026 — Here's What's New

While it feels like summer is still in full swing, it seems that food and coffee producers have different ideas. Not only are some brands already releasing their fall collections, some are even going as far to drop their winter products early. International Delight and Coffee Mate are among the guilty parties, with both launching products inspired by classic winter flavors in August: toasted marshmallow and peppermint bark.

The International Delight White Chocolate Peppermint Bark Coffee Creamer and Coffee Mate Toasted Marshmallow Mocha Cold Foam were both spotted on shelves in early August. The International Delight Creamer is probably the more surprising of the two; peppermint is typically reserved for cozy Christmas nights and icy mornings, but if you're fan you can enjoy it in your coffee right now.

The new creamer is perfect for a black coffee or an ultimate hot chocolate but it apparently works in iced drinks too, which you might want to try if your area is still beating the summer heat. To top it off, International Delight has also released its Frosted Sugar Cookie Coffee Creamer. The seasonal flavor is inspired by holiday baking, and also works in hot or iced drinks. You can buy both flavors as cold foams or ready-to-drink iced coffees too.

Coffee Mate is also getting into the holiday coffee game early with a new cold foam. The Toasted Marshmallow Mocha was announced in July, and though campfires can be seen as a taste of summer, this one still feels quite festive. The flavor is supposed to take just like a s'more, so expect notes of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker. The foam can be used on hot or cold coffees but it would also be delicious on a chocolate milkshake or a decadent s'mores milkshake. You could also ease into the holidays with an icy but cozy Baileys s'mores float.

As much as some people may groan about the holidays approaching too quickly, it seems like fans are excited for the releases. An Instagram user wrote on a post by Coffee Mate, "I didn't think I'd ever be more excited for something than when you announced Snickerdoodle." On another Instagram post someone wrote, "That Toasted Marshmallow Mocha is delicious." 

It seems that people are already on the hunt for the International Delight Creamer too. Multiple people said on Facebook that they "can't wait to try the White Chocolate Peppermint Bark" and someone who already had said it was "yummy." There are a few people who would rather let the seasons change first, like an Instagram user who said, "Please summer [is] not over yet." But the reactions seems pretty positive considering we haven't even gotten to Halloween.
