Make your way to the seventh floor of the Four Seasons Hotel in Brickell to this farm-to-table steakhouse. Steaks like the prime churrasco or Black Angus filet mignon, prepared on the 1,800-degree infrared grill, are superb, with fries and house-made sauces like chimichurri and Malbec jus.
