From her early days as a restaurant cook and kitchen assistant to her time as a kitchen apprentice at Vice Munchies, Tess has cultivated a deep love for creating delicious and innovative dishes. She has also excelled as a personal chef in NYC, catering to the unique preferences and dietary needs of families and entrepreneurs. In 2022, Tess moved to France, her father's native land, where she continued to showcase her culinary skills as a personal chef. Now based in San Diego, Tess brings a touch of French elegance to her private chef clients and continues to seek out new culinary opportunities.
Education
Tess has a bachelor's degree in writing with a concentration in non-fiction from Ithaca College.
