Nick Bythrow is a journalist, author, poet, and food lover. His passion for food began in his teenage years, when he volunteered with his grandfather at various soup kitchens in the Greater Boston area of Massachusetts. Cooking and serving food to those in need imbued him with a love for preparing meals, alongside recognition of how vital food is to our daily lives. Having served four years as a lead writer at ScreenRant, Nick's work writing about food merges his skills in journalism with his passion for the culinary arts. He has also contributed to multiple of Static Media's food brands including Food Republic and Tasting Table.

Nick Bythrow earned a bachelor's degree in communications, journalism and media studies from Hampshire College.
