You've drafted your fantasy players, mapped out the game schedule, and stocked up on your favorite team's gear, which can only mean one thing: The 2026 NFL season has arrived. Whichever team you support, what brings NFL fans together is a love for football, as well as delicious stadium food. In fact, at every stadium from coast to coast, chefs are cooking up tasty new menus for this year. We're not just talking about regular ol' hot dogs and hamburgers, either; these wild foods exist somewhere between crazy and creatively impressive.

Stadiums have laid it all on the line for this year's football season. There's a volcano-inspired rib dish served in a stadium-themed container, a cheese-filled hamburger dripping with jalapeño popper spread, and a loaded tater tot dish large enough to feed four hungry fans among other offerings. Whether you're looking for a quick bite to eat, something hearty to balance out your beer intake, or a sweet treat to celebrate a home game victory, here are the wildest new foods at every NFL stadium in 2026.

Chile Relleno Burger (Allegiant Stadium)

Allegiant Stadium — home of the Las Vegas Raiders — is rolling out the red carpet for this season's food menu. T fry bread tacos to pistachio nougat-stuffed Dubai cookie cones. The wild menu item we're most excited to try, however, is the chile relleno burger. It features a thick beef patty topped with a golden-fried chile relleno drenched in avocado and crème, all served on a toasted bun with a side of fries. Fans can now use a mobile wallet to pay at stationary vendors, which means you can grab a burg and be back in time to chant: "RRAAAIIIIIDDDEEERRRSSS!"

Lava Burger (Arrowhead Stadium)

The Chiefs pulled no punches for this year's food offerings at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. In fact, it was hard to choose which item to highlight, as all of them had us drooling for a bite. But our top pick for wildness is the Lava Burger. This features a cheese-stuffed beef patty layered with thick bacon, roasted tomato, chives, and jalapeño popper spread on a sourdough boule; it can be found in Section 102. Chiefs fans also have a boursin-stuffed appetizer topped with candied bacon, and a towering tortilla layered with over seven tasty ingredients to consider this year.

Beast In A Blanket (Empower Field at Mile High)

Empower Field, where the Denver Broncos play, knows the way to our hearts. This year, it's selling a juicy 2-foot-long hot dog that's snuggled next to brisket burnt ends, goat cheese, and cheddar. All of that is wrapped inside a puff pastry drizzled with secret sauce and avocado cream, and then topped with crispy pickled onions and jalapeños. This behemoth has the perfect name, too: the Beast In A Blanket. It's one of several stomach-fillers to enjoy while the announcer says "in-com-PLETE!" This wild pick can be found in Section 128.

Corktown Corned Beef Nachos (Ford Field)

There's a whole slew of new eats to experience while the Lions defend their den at Ford Field in downtown Detroit. There's street corn-topped birria bowls and falafel tots, among others. But of all the reasons to lick your chops, the wild new Corktown corned beef nachos have us craving season tickets the most. Picture freshly-fried kettle chips with layers of pulled corned beef, coleslaw, tomato, and chives, drizzled with white cheese sauce and Thousand Island. Make your way to Streats 137 to find it.

Blue & Red Burger (Highmark Stadium)

Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York, cooked up one of the best ways to celebrate the Bills Mafia with the new Blue & Red burger. This beauty of a handheld features a juicy patty sprinkled with bacon crumbles and Treasure Cave blue cheese – the official cheese of the Buffalo Bills – along with bacon-infused red onion jam on a potato bun. It joins a stacked array of delicious menu offerings, including celebrity chef Matty Matheson's signature Rizzo chicken parm sandwich.

Pork Chicharron Nachos (Lucas Oil Stadium)

Pair your Hoosier hospitality with these delicious food items at Lucas Oil Stadium in downtown Indianapolis. This year, a munch-fest awaits all you Colts fans, and it includes sliders with hand-breaded pork tenderloin fritters from Swayzee Tenderloins. You can track them down in sections 105, 347, and 543.

In between boisterous chants of "SEAAA...HAWKS!" at Lumen Field in Seattle, you can squeeze in the new jerk salmon nachos. They're topped with locally-sourced smoked salmon that's seasoned with a house-made juniper-jerk spice blend, and layered with pickled jalapeños, Fresno peppers, and melty cheese sauce. The jerk salmon nachos are truly wild and the perfect gameday fuel. Plus, the first letter of each word spells out J-S-N — for Seahawks player Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who collaborated with Levy Restaurants to curate a special menu. The menu also includes a trio of breads with spicy, sweet, and savory spreads, and pickled jicama and steak ramen in house-made bone broth.

Battle Red Berry Bird (Reliant Stadium)

With the Vikings off to a strong start this NFL season, it's only right you celebrate with good eats. Thankfully, the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis has hit a touchdown with this year's new menu items. The wildest (and our favorite) is the aptly-named Raid Burger, a massive undertaking fit for members of the Skol Nation. It features two burger patties on a brioche bun, slices of bacon and melty cheese, and stacked with an onion ring and buffalo cheese curds dripping with ranch. If you have a Viking's appetite, find it in Sections 101 and 328, then cap it off with a purple-and-gold soft-serve margarita.

A varied selection of wild menu items awaits at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, from a sweet and savory protein-boosted hot dog to a gigantic Cuban sandwich heaping with meat, cheese, and secret sauce. Crab-stuffed Pretzel (Northwest Stadium)

Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland, is flipping the script this NFL season. Rather than just sticking to the usual lineup of topping-loaded handhelds and savory-stacked scoopables, it's offering Washington Commanders fans a dose of creativity. The one that caught our attention is the handcrafted crab-shaped pretzel. Stuffed with lemon tarragon crab dip, brushed generously with garlic butter, and dusted with Parmesan cheese, it's easily one of this year's wildest stadium food items. Our runner-up is the handmade Maryland blue crab sushi rolls served in a Push Pop-style container.

The Big 'Dilla (Bank of America Stadium)

The Big 'Dilla at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, is appropriately named because it is, in fact, a big deal. So much so that you'll probably need a 15-minute intermission at the halfway point. This wild 2-foot-long menu item is basically a quesadilla on steroids, stuffed to the brim with smoked adobo chicken and cheddar and jack cheese. The tortilla is then seared, decorated with pico de gallo and chipotle crema, and garnished with fresh cilantro. You'll definitely have to "Keep Pounding" away at this big savory brute.

Get ready Bears fans because at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois, the menu items are bound to bring the grizzly out. Leading the charge is the Bear-ia burrito, which is a burrito-sized take on birria tacos. It features shredded beef, Chihuahua cheese, cilantro, and onion, wrapped in a large tortilla that's branded with the Bears logo, served alongside house-made consommé. It's one of two worthwhile options; the other being a house-smoked prime rib sandwich with house giardiniera, giardiniera aioli, and other tasty toppings.

Cinna Smash Sundae (Levi's Stadium)

Levi's Stadium has whipped up a saccharine standout for the 80th anniversary of the San Francisco 49ers in 2026, and it looks so good? We couldn't help but share it. Served in a special anniversary cup with a toffee-and-gold-dusted chocolate ganache rim, the Cinna Smash Sundae is made with vanilla bean ice cream mixed with cinnamon cereal crumbles, whipped cream, and caramel sauce. And for an extra decorative touch, golden shovel spoons and a cinnamon roll topper are propped up in the ice cream.

Twinkie Cheeseburger (SoFi Stadium)

Hey Rams and Chargers fans: The Texas Twinkie Cheeseburger at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, is not what you think it is. This Twinkie comes from Texas, and it consists of bacon-wrapped jalapeños stuffed with brisket. Fortunately, you can wash it down with the new signature Limelight Refresher.

Rack-o-rib Volcano (Mercedes-Benz Stadium)

At Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta, you'll find one of the wildest new food items this NFL season. Dubbed the Rack-o-rib Volcano, it looks like something the Flintstones would eat. In this case, a round, BBQ-slathered rack of ribs is the volcano, and an overflowing mound of macaroni and cheese is the lava. And what's more, this creative and crave-worthy display sits on a bed of kettle chips. Falcons fans will find it and more on the menu, including $2 hot dogs, $20 family meals, and edible cookie dough from 404 Cookie Dough.

Pork & Alligator Burger (Caesars Superdome)

Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, is rolling out the red carpet for hungry Saints fans. From meat-piled nachos served in miniature Superdomes and bayou smash burgers to a fan-friendly $6 anniversary menu, there's a lot for Saints fans to dig into. Carved-to-Order Filet Mignon Sandwich (MetLife Stadium)

MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, has curated an exclusive food item for New York Jets fans in 2026: A sandwich featuring premium, carved-to-order filet mignon. Located at Section 108 and in both Mezzanine Clubs, it's the first-ever time fresh-carved filet mignon has been made available to all fans.

Pistachio and Yuzu Kosho Panino (Raymond James Stadium)

Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida, has chosen a different approach to food this year, with the announcement of an ongoing chef series. The season-long lineup includes nine local chefs, each presenting dishes that represent different aspects of Tampa's cultural melting pot. We're choosing the October 18 game as the wildest, when chef Eric Fralick will present his unique take on an Italian panino sandwich. It features mortadella flown in from Italy, stracciatella cheese specifically from Puglia, pistachio pesto, and a house-made yuzu kosho (a fermented Japanese ingredient) that takes it to new heights.

River City Heatwave (EverBank Stadium)

You'll have to call your friends off the bench for the River City Heatwave during Jacksonville Jaguars games at EverBank Stadium. Available at 904 Prime Burger (at stands 105 and 132), this mountainous assemblage is composed of crispy tater tots piled high with hand-breaded shrimp, popcorn chicken, fiery datil pepper sauce, blue cheese, mini peppers, chives, lemon, and fresh celery-carrot salad. The rich-flavored, cream-textured menu item features New England clams and is sure to keep "let's go Pats!" chants ringing. Dive into the clam chowder and more seafood tastiness at select concession stands on the 100 and 300 levels.

Piggymac with hoe cake (Nissan Stadium)

We couldn't find the exact details on this delicious-sounding menu item, but if it's as tasty as it sounds? You'll definitely want to track it down at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. Turron Davenport, an ESPN reporter for the Tennessee Titans, shared a video of it on his Instagram, and the one thing we know for sure is that it's called the Piggymac with Hoe Cake. Based on the name (and looks of it), it features mac and cheese and what could be pulled pork, piled atop a hoe cake (not to be confused with pancakes or Johnny cakes). Finally, it's garnished with fresh chives.
