  • Theodore has been a passionate culinary enthusiast for as long as he can remember, having won various food challenges across the contiguous United States.
  • He enjoys local food cultures from Southeast Asia to the Mediterranean but particularly loves delving into the nuances of bespoke cocktails and anything with a leavening agent.
  • He got his start writing food features for newspapers in Georgia.

Over the past decade, Theodore (just call him "Teddy") carved a niche for himself in the food writing industry as a columnist for Brooklyn-based periodicals and newspapers. Teddy's proudest moments in food writing came during his undergraduate studies when he worked as a food writer for the student newspaper. His weekly column allowed him to focus on various regional food challenges throughout the South, and he rarely had to pay for a meal.

Theodore studied writing at Columbia University.
