In a taste test of ten fast food turkey subs, Tasting Table found that Capriotti's Sandwich Shop had a better-tasting turkey than almost every contender, knocking out everyone except for Jersey Mike's. Capriotti's has been preparing its turkey this way for almost 50 years, starting with its first location in Wilmington, Delaware. Now based in Las Vegas, the chain has over 150 locations in the U.S. andplans to grow to 750 locations by 2032. Although Capriotti's turkey sub may not be as widely known as the turkey subs from other mega chains like Jimmy John's, the brand is growing. And it has loyal fans singing its praises, including former Vice President Joe Biden. Biden, who served as a Delaware senator for 36 years, has been a Capriotti's fan for decades, ordering beloved favorites like the Italian sub with hot peppers andthe chain's famous Bobbie sub. 

The Bobbie is Capriotti's Thanksgiving-themed sub sandwich, featuring its signature fresh-roasted, hand-pulled turkey along with cranberry sauce and handmade stuffing. It's been voted "The Greatest Sandwich in America" in online polls, and fans on Reddit rave that it is "One of the best sandwiches of all time, hands down."
