Lovers of trendy hot pizza can make orders even hotter at Papa John's with a bit of creative instruction. On Instagram, doughj0e, a Papa John's employee, showed how to stack spicy ingredients onto a single pie to create slices that will test limits. Before piling ingredients onto the pie, doughj0e coated cheese sticks with packets of crushed red pepper and folded the pieces into the crust for a spicy stuffed crust foundation. Then instead of standard pizza sauce, a spicier base of buffalo sauce was set down before Italian sausage, pepperoni, and jalapeño peppers — one of our best pizza toppings — and cheese was sprinkled on top. Doughj0e then drizzled spicy garlic on top of the pizza and created a parmesan crust. After biting into the creation, doughj0e was thrilled with the outcome. "They need to make this an actual pizza," wrote one Instagram user. 

With a few order modifications, you can get a similar pie into your own hands, even if the pizza has yet to land on Papa John's menu. You can create your own pizza, and though the stuffed crust may not contain red pepper-coated cheese, the Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust can serve as a worthy base. Choose the buffalo sauce option and load up your pie with your choice of ingredients, like spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, green chiles, and all the peppers: banana, green, and jalapeños. 

If you pick up your pizza from a Papa John's location, you can ask employees if they will include red pepper packets, then dust slices yourself at home. Should you try the pizza and find you want more heat, double down on spice with drizzles of sriracha, hot honey, chili crisp, or your favorite hot sauce. If you can't be bothered getting creative with orders, the Fiery Buffalo Chicken Pizza is also made with buffalo sauce and loaded with chicken, hickory-smoked bacon, onions, and cheese on original or stuffed crust. Customers can choose how much sauce is used to make the pizza and you can opt for other spicy additions. You may want to dip slices into garlic sauce for added flavor or to help tame the heat. "It's fiery, that's for sure ... very, very spicy," wrote one reviewer on YouTube. 

Though Papa John's previously served a Dragon Flame Pizza in 2022 for the release of "House of the Dragon," the Fiery Buffalo Chicken Pizza might be the hottest pizza listed on current menus. The Dragon Flame Pizza recipe was made with sriracha dry spice, smoked pulled chicken, Italian sausage, green peppers, and Fresno chilies, and a final dusting of red chili and garlic crunch finished the build.
