Shake Shack Just Announced A Spicy Hot Ones Collab
Shake Shack is spicing things up with a new "Hot Ones" collaboration. In the popular YouTube series, host Sean Evans interviews celebrity guests, asking them "hot questions while eating even hotter wings." The show has featured many A-list stars over the years — including Khloe Kardashian and Millie Bobby Brown just this summer — so it's no stranger to major collabs. Along with other partnerships, "Hot Ones" has bottled its own hot sauce line with Heatonist, created a line of frozen boneless chicken bites for Walmart, and released a limited flavor of spicy Pringles.
Although Shake Shack has also had its fair share of collaborations and seasonal menu items, this one is bound to kick up its usual level of heat. Last summer Shake Shack released limited-time hot honey-inspired menu items, but maybe the chain thought the heat wasn't enough and felt the urge to go even further in its spice experiments. The duo has come together to create a Hot Ones Spicy ShackSauce, which is a spicy sauce featured in four new menu items coming to the chain.

Available nationwide on Friday, September 16, Shake Shack will be debuting four spicy new menu items. The menu ranges from $5.09 to $8.59 and will feature a burger, a chicken sandwich, and two sides of fries.
The Hot Ones Burger features Angus beef, and the Hot Ones Chicken has crispy white meat chicken. Both are topped with applewood smoked bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, and, of course, the Hot Ones Spicy ShackSauce. If that wasn't enough spice, you can order a side of Hot Ones Cheese Fries or Hot Ones Bacon Cheese Fries — the chain's classic crinkle-cut fries topped with cheese sauce, sprinkled with Aleppo Pepper, and served with the Hot Ones Spicy ShackSauce; Naturally, the bacon fries also come topped with applewood smoked bacon.
If you can't wait until Friday, Shake Shack has announced that these items will be available on Tuesday, September 13, if ordered through the Shake App. Should you dare to try them, be sure to head to a Shake Shack location sooner rather than later, as it is unknown how long the new menu items will be available.
