Aside from his own freelance copywriting business, Tommy was the senior copywriter at a New England-based marketing agency and was a senior contributing editor for Edible Cape Cod magazine. He has been a restaurateur, hotelier, and, most notably, co-owner of a 4-Diamond AAA-rated Relais and Chateaux property. With over 35 years in the hospitality industry, Tommy's bailiwick is writing about food, wine, and the hospitality industry.
