Emily Weeks, RDN, LD, is a nutrition and culinary communications expert. With over ten years of experience as a registered dietitian, she is passionate about promoting a healthy relationship with food and advocates for cooking more at home. Emily is also a certified culinary nutritionist and certified intuitive eating counselor.

Education

Emily is an alumna of Texas Woman's University, where she attained a Bachelor of Science in nutrition with honors. She completed her dietetic internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
