As Halloween approaches and visions of chainsaws and creepy dolls dance in our heads, we started thinking: What if we could take the thrill of a yearly haunted house visit and turn it into a full-on weekend getaway?

Turns out Airbnb had the same fantasy, and it’s created a wish list of seven spots around the world where your in-room breakfast might come with a side of ghost spotting.

Among others, think a castle near Moscow, where the "ghost of the castle appears weekly at midnight;" a spooky chamber apartment in York, England; and a bedroom in New Orleans haunted by a shy girl wearing a yellow dress.

, and if that's not enough, here are a few more we dug up:

① The Haunted Bedroom at Talliston

Who is that creepy stuffed rabbit on the bed, and why is he reading a book? That's just one question we have about this Victorian-style room, which is located in "Britain's Most Extraordinary Home."

② 1880s Jail in Anaconda, Montana

The whole place is an actual ghost town, so staying in a room that's outfitted with authentic prison bars adds to the whole atmosphere. And according to nearly every reviewer, the house's owner makes a top-quality breakfast—should you survive until morning, that is.

③ Victorian Hospital in London

Hospitals are right up there with jails on the list of "places we don't want to be alone." While it's not necessarily advertised as haunted, we'll let you be the judge of the paranormal activity.

④ Haunted Castle House in Brumley, Missouri

Don't just settle for one creepy room when you can get this whole pre-Civil War house. And because just one cemetery out back would be child's play, there are two, and you have full access to them both.
