Starbucks' Molten Chocolate Drinks Return
They're back, but just for a week
Starting today, chocolate-loving Starbucks fans have new limited-edition drinks to sip on. The Molten Chocolate Latte, Molten Chocolate Frappuccino and Molten Hot Chocolate, which the coffee giant introduced last year, are back for the week leading up to Valentine's Day, PopSugar notes.
All of the drinks are made with similar ingredients: mainly melted "chocolaty chips," espresso or coffee, milk, whipped cream and an espresso mocha drizzle, but each is a touch different. The most chocolaty of the bunch is the Molten Hot Chocolate, which has mocha sauce and "chocolaty chips" melted into steamed milk and topped with espresso whipped cream and that drizzle. For those who live in warmer climes and want something cold, the Molten Chocolate Latte can be ordered iced or hot.
While past years have brought rumors of secret Valentine's Day menu options at Starbucks, these drinks make the official list, so you'll find them everywhere—but just for the week.
