Sipping rosé from a wineglass isn't the only way to enjoy the pink wine. At Nicky's Coal Fired in Nashville, Tennessee, bar manager Tracy Jenkins uses it to top off this invigorating spritzer made with gin, Campari and a muddled strawberry. Whether you wait for warm weather to come to start shaking things up now is up to you.
