How to grill fish fillets straight on the grill

When you talk about grilling seafood, recipes usually instruct you to use a whole fish. Fillets will stick to the grates, dry out from the heat and crumble into oblivion, right? Not necessarily.

If you think you can’t cook skinless fillets of fish on the grill, think again. Here’s a tasty little trick that’s about to make grilled fillets of fish a staple at your summer BBQs.

Place slices of lemon, or any citrus, onto the grill and cook the fish on top.
