You're stuck with an oven and stove all year long, so it's perfectly fine by us to make every meal on the grill come summertime. Especially as we head into Memorial Day (aka the official start date of barbecuing season).
We're thinking of ribs and skewers galore, Indian-inspired tacos, spring asparagus and even mimosas and dessert, all on the grill. So grab a cold one and prepare to smell like smoke and meat, because you'll probably be outside a lot this weekend, tending to (and smuggling) snacks from the grill.
