  • Beth's work has appeared in regional and national publications, covering topics from hosting the perfect girls' night in to a Louisianian's guide to throwing a Mardi Gras celebration.
  • She's always looking for ways to maximize efficiency in her small kitchen — with only two drawers, every inch of space is precious real estate.
  • As an Austin resident, Beth is naturally obsessed with Texas grocery stores like Central Market and H-E-B.

Beth has worked as a professional writer and editor since 2010. She got her start in the newspaper business as a copy editor and designer, during which time she was part of a small team that won two Virginia Press Association awards. After moving back to Austin, Beth joined social media startup Main Street Hub, where she managed the reputations of small businesses across the country by creating original content for Facebook and Twitter and replying to reviews on Yelp and TripAdvisor. In 2017, Beth returned to her alma mater as a communications coordinator, regularly writing articles highlighting efforts to support student success.

Beth has a bachelor's degree in journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.
