Halo Top Shop In Los Angeles
Get ready for 90-calorie soft-serve
Halo Top, the low-calorie ice cream maker that proved once and for all a pint is indeed a single serving, just unveiled news more exciting than its pancakes and waffles flavor: its first-ever scoop shop.
The store, which will open in sunny L.A. next Wednesday inside the Westfield Topanga, promises to be a post-yoga paradise teeming with the creamery's takes on ice cream shop classics. Aside from grabbing a scoop of venerable flavors like red velvet, sea salt caramel and, yes, syrupy pancakes and waffles, the shop will be the only place you can grab Halo Top's new soft-serve, which will be available in rotating varieties like birthday cake and peanut butter.
You'll also be able to hunker down with ice cream sandwiches made with high-protein, vegan cookies and tacos with shells made from vibrantly colored waffle cones. And if you're lucky enough to live nearby, People reports that those who visit on opening day will receive free scoops from 10 a.m. till 9 p.m.
