Ingredients
- 1½ ounce Cognac
- ¼ ounce Sambuca
- ½ ounce simple syrup (1 part sugar dissolved in 1 partwater)
- 4 ounces coffee
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream
- Peychaud's bitters
Directions
- In a warm mug, stir together the spirits, simple syrup and coffee. Spoon the whipped cream on top, drizzle with bitters and serve.
