Ingredients
  • 1½ ounce Cognac
  • ¼ ounce Sambuca
  • ½ ounce simple syrup (1 part sugar dissolved in 1 partwater)
  • 4 ounces coffee
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream
  • Peychaud's bitters
Directions
  1. In a warm mug, stir together the spirits, simple syrup and coffee. Spoon the whipped cream on top, drizzle with bitters and serve.
