Ingredients
1½ ounce Cognac
¼ ounce Sambuca
½ ounce simple syrup (1 part sugar dissolved in 1 partwater)
4 ounces coffee
2 tablespoons whipped cream
Peychaud's bitters
Directions
In a warm mug, stir together the spirits, simple syrup and coffee. Spoon the whipped cream on top, drizzle with bitters and serve.
