Ingredients
- 2 ounces Compass Box Great King Street blended Scotch whisky
- 1 ounce Pedro Ximénez sherry
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- ⅛ ounce simple syrup
- 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 egg white
- Ice
- 1 fresh blackberry
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the whisky, sherry, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters and egg white. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe or cordial glass and garnish with the blackberry.
