2 ounces Compass Box Great King Street blended Scotch whisky
1 ounce Pedro Ximénez sherry
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
⅛ ounce simple syrup
1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
1 egg white
Ice
1 fresh blackberry
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, combine the whisky, sherry, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters and egg white. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe or cordial glass and garnish with the blackberry.
