Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Compass Box Great King Street blended Scotch whisky
  • 1 ounce Pedro Ximénez sherry
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ⅛ ounce simple syrup
  • 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice
  • 1 fresh blackberry
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the whisky, sherry, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters and egg white. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe or cordial glass and garnish with the blackberry.
