Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 1½ ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce apple juice (preferably freshly juiced from Granny Smith apples)
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup
  • ¼ ounce Galliano liqueur
  • 1 to 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Directions
  1. In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients. Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain, pour into an ice-filled highball glass and serve.
