1 ounce apple juice (preferably freshly juiced from Granny Smith apples)
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
¼ ounce Galliano liqueur
1 to 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Directions
In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients. Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain, pour into an ice-filled highball glass and serve.
