Ingredients
- Ice
- 1½ ounces gin
- ¾ ounce Shrub & Co. grapefruit shrub
- 3 ounces sparkling wine
- Grapefruit twist
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the ice, gin and shrub. Shake well and strain into a flute. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with the twist. Serve.
