Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 1½ ounces gin
  • ¾ ounce Shrub & Co. grapefruit shrub
  • 3 ounces sparkling wine
  • Grapefruit twist
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the ice, gin and shrub. Shake well and strain into a flute. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with the twist. Serve.
