While you may have signed up for a Costco membership to get a good deal on toilet paper and gas, it's the food finds that turn casual shoppers into Costco devotees. Some beloved eats, like the croissants and the rotisserie chicken, are always available, but others — particularly bakery items and prepared foods — come and go with the seasons, adding an extra layer to the warehouse store's infamous treasure hunt-style shopping experience.

We're three-quarters of the way through the year, and Costco has embraced the seasons with limited-time items that shoppers love. From returning favorites to new additions, there's truly something new to find on every shopping trip. And since Costco is known to put out seasonal items well in advance (we saw you show up in July, giant skeleton), it's only a matter of time before even more seasonal items make their way into our shopping carts.

We dug through Reddit posts, went deep on Facebook and Instagram, and checked our own shopping history to find Costco's best seasonal items of 2026 to date. As spring arrived, Costco treated shoppers to harvests of stone fruit and berries, as well as a brand new item in the bakery. The Kirkland Signature Peaches and Cream Pastries were the perfect grab-and-go treat, pairing flaky pastry with two fillings: A tangy combination of cream cheese and Greek yogurt, and dollop of sweet peaches. "This was really good! It had texture more like a Danish than a croissant," said one reviewer on Facebook. The Kirkland Signature Pumpkin Cheesecake tops pumpkin cheesecake with a thick coating of pumpkin whipped topping, all on a graham cracker crust. "It's absolutely delicious. I recommend everyone try it if you like pumpkin flavored stuff," says one Reddit user. Another reviewer suggests you stock up: "Our house got 1 last year. Devoured it in 3 days. Then bought a 2nd one," they revealed. Afraid you won't finish it all? Leave it to Reddit to solve your problems. "We buy a couple of them over the season, take home, and slice and freeze the slices so we can enjoy any time of the year." "These are SO moist, and the fillings (both the raspberry & Nutella) are perfection. Totally worth the tenner," says one fan on Reddit. In 2026, however, Costco treated us to an extra opportunity to enjoy the lobster macaroni and cheese by releasing it (for a limited time and only at certain locations) in February, as well. "Lobster throughout, not just on top," says one fan on Instagram. "Worth every penny. Our entire family devoured it."
