Disney's 2023 California Adventure Food & Wine Fest Menu Has Arrived

Diehard Disney foodies could probably argue that "The Happiest Place on Earth" might also be the most delicious place. After a day in the parks, fans might feel like Winnie the Pooh himself: "rumbly in their tumblies." It's fitting, then, that Disneyland is home to a killer lineup of restaurants serving food and cocktails all year long.

But, more seasoned parks-goers know the best time to "dine Disney" is during festival season. Now, fans are gearing up for the next festival on the books (and all the specialty foods that come with it). Disney's 2023 California Adventure Food & Wine Fest is nearly here — and the menu has arrived.

The name of the game here is sampling small plates. The DCA Food & Wine Festival is a foodie's opportunity to nosh their way through the park. The menu hits the park on March 3 and lasts until April 25. Plus, it marks the end of Disney's festival season for the year. Luckily, an array of 12 festival marketplaces and many more outdoor vendor carts will be waiting inside. So, what can fans expect?

Eat and drink your way through Disney with old favorites and new ones

In characteristic Disney fashion, the parks are pulling out all the stops with an impressive roster of totally new dishes. This year, guests can chow down on a basket of Smoked Honey-Habanero Chicken Wings at Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo. For vegetarian foodies, Paradise Garden Grill will be serving a plant-based menu with fares like Bulgogi Fried Rice and cauliflower Buffalo Mac and Cheese.

The iconic Mickey-shaped macaron will be returning to Nuts About Cheese, which will also be serving a new Petite Burrata plate and the "Flowers & Bees" cocktail — gin, elderflower liqueur, honey, hibiscus, and lavender. There's an Elote Paleta at Golden Dreams and Beef & Barley Poutine at D-Lish. Aspiring sommeliers can visit Uncork California to taste prosecco from 1923. For a sweet treat, Berry Patch is slicing up Kenny's Family Cheesecake with berry compote; to drink, they have a Blueberry Pancake Cold Brew. For fans hungry for more info, the full Food & Wine Fest menu can be found on the Disney Parks Blog.

Not sure where to start? Disney is offering a "Sip and Savor Pass" that allows fans to take themselves on a food tour across the DCA Park and Downtown Disney District. The price will include your choice of eight food and drink items (excluding alcohol). If you're traveling with a fellow foodie friend, you could split your eight items (and the price) and try it all.
