Kombucha Float
Make a highly cultured dessert by eschewing root beer for your next float.

Ingredients
- 4 scoops coconut ice cream or coconut sorbet
- One 16-ounce bottle ginger kombucha
Directions
- Place 1 scoop of ice cream in each of 4 bowls. Pour ½ cup ginger kombucha (one-quarter of the bottle) directly over each portion. Serve with a straw and a long spoon.
