Nothing brings us back to our less-than-sophisticated college years more than ending a late night with a cup of noodles in one hand and a bottle of beer in the other. But what happens when you combine these two? (No, we're not talking about pouring beer into your noodles.)
Earlier this month, Texas-based brewer The Collective Brewing Project released its latest creation, Cup O' Beer, a cleverly named sour Gose, complete with labeling that's an instantly recognizable tribute to our favorite Styrofoam cups. According to VinePair, the somewhat head-scratching brew is made using 55 pounds of ramen noodles and is available at the brewery's taproom in Fort Worth, with some limited distribution throughout the Lone Star State.
For those curious about how the beer tastes—but not curious enough to travel all the way to Texas—the beer is also flavored with "lime, ginger, lemongrass and seaweed-cured sea salt," with a 500-milliliter bottle costing a reasonable $7.
