Just when we think we've reached peak rosé (i.e., rosé gummie bears and deodorant sticks), a new product that actually makes us want to jump back on the bandwagon hits the market.

Wölffer Estate Vineyard is selling a Wölffer “Pink” Gin flavored with handpicked juniper berries from its Hamptons estate, cardamom, cumin, coriander, fennel and anise. The most eye-catching detail about this spirit is definitely its trendy pink color, which winemaker and partner Roman Roth gets by using the vineyard's rosé wine as the base for the gin. Once the rosé is distilled, Roth adds a small amount of grape skin extract to get that subtle pink color.

It's an easy way to elevate your standard gin and tonic, or mix it with your other clear spirit of choice to create a refreshing summer beverage. Be warned: Due to high demand, this new gin, which retails for $34 a bottle, is already sold out in stores and is available only for preorder online. Add your name to the list now, and in the meantime, sip on a bottle of dry rosé cider to tide you over.
