Helen Mirren's Anti-Drunk Driving Super Bowl Spot Is Brilliant

Dame Helen Mirren tells Super Bowl fans not to drink and drive in this sassy Budweiser ad

As sassy as ever, dame Helen Mirren stars in a Budweiser commercial this Super Bowl season urging you not to drink and drive. If you do, you are, in her words (or at least the words of the ad company), "a shortsighted, utterly useless, oxygen-wasting human form of pollution, a Darwin Award-deserving, selfish coward. If your brain was donated to science, science would return it. So stop it."

The minute-long ad is part of Budweiser's #GiveADamn campaign. Each time the hashtag is used through Sunday, the beer company will donate $1 (up to $1 million) toward safe ride programs. (To put this in perspective, 30 seconds of Super Bowl ad time runs about $5 million.)

Oh, and for those who might be concerned that Mirren's commercial means there will be no Clydesdales, fear not. They'll make an appearance in another Super Bowl ad spot.
