When Beyoncé dropped Lemonade, her new "visual album," Saturday, pretty much the whole world tuned in, and everyone had something to say about it. Amid the predictable and worthy praise, however, came an unexpected social media offense on an unlikely bystander: none other than celebrity chef Rachael Ray.
Beyoncé supporters lashed out at Ray when they mistook her for fashion designer Rachel Roy, the alleged "other woman," referred to as Becky in the album, and the suspected woman behind Jay Z's purported affair.
Ray's been taking the undue attacks in stride, and some confused fans have been apologizing. Others not so much. ("I can still hate Rachael Ray, right?" one Twitter user asks.)
To clear up any confusion, Rachael Ray, queen of "EVOO," is not the "other woman" in Beyoncé's album. She does, however, have quite the collection of lemonade recipes, which may only add to the confusion as fans google the two women to set things straight.
