Part of a recent string of establishments going the double-duty route, the team at White Gold Butchers churns out high-quality cuts of meat, house-made sausages and charcuterie to sell in the shop, as well as supply their sister restaurant, run by meat-maven April Bloomfield.

"We have this relationship between the cooks and the butchers, where we can seasonally create dishes that are really exciting," Jocelyn Guest, butcher and WG's other co-owner, explains.
