Traci Des Jardins has been a staple of the NorCal dining scene since 1997 when she opened her critically acclaimed Jardinière, with its dramatic balcony and gold dome ceiling. When she's not scoping out the farmers' market or checking in on one of her six restaurants, she's exploring the Bay Area's best California restaurants—including the newcomers looking at California cooking in a new light.
