How To Make A Turmeric And Ginger Juice Mocktail

A refreshing, revitalizing nonalcoholic "cocktail" that packs a punch

Drinks Editor Jim Meehan modeled this mocktail after one of his favorite juices at Portland Juice Co. It's a refreshing blend of lemon, ginger, honey and ground turmeric. Meehan adds milk thistle tincture to the mix, which is said to aid in liver function. Find it online and at drugstores/health-food stores. But if you don't use it, the drink will still taste just as uplifting and still packs plenty of health-boosting ingredients.
