We have quite a number of granolas here in the TT office at the ready for editors to mix into their morning yogurt. However, none of the editors were ready for this savory granola—until they tried it and loved it. Its salty mix of oats and walnuts is perfumed with dry oregano and coriander for a crunchy snack that’s perfect in a savory parfait (see the recipe).
