Negroni Obligatory

Ingredients
1½ ounces London dry gin (such as Tanqueray)
¾ ounce sweet vermouth (such as Cinzano)
¾ ounce Campari
Ice
1 ounce Pinot Noir sparkling wine
Orange twist, for garnish
Directions
In a pint glass, combine the gin, sweet vermouth and Campari. Stir with a bar spoon and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with the Pinot Noir sparkling wine and serve with an orange twist.
