We're always looking for more ways to use leftover cranberry sauce. Sure, you could spread it onto turkey sandwiches, but we suggest this year you go for a slushy version of the popular vodka-cranberry drink. The recipe scales up easily, so the more leftovers you have, the better—just throw it all in the blender and embrace the drink that was once a cliché but is finally becoming cool again.

Cranberry Sauce Frozen Cosmo

Ingredients

¼ cup cranberry sauce

1½ ounces vodka

½ ounce Cointreau

½ ounce lime juice

Ice

Directions

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and mix until smooth. Transfer to a martini glass and serve.
